Designated Workstations
1. We have nine workstations (with large 32” white monitors and corresponding color chairs), one for each Co3 bedroom
2. We also have lockers, for use of our guests
3. When you leave, please clean up your workstation, and turn off any lights or fans not being used
Other Equipment (found in lockers)
1. Noise canceling headphones, found in corresponding Coworking Studio lockers
2. USBC - HDMI Adapter, found in corresponding Coworking Studio lockers
3. Please put back anything that you take immediately after use. This is the only way in which we can have this free, open honor system to provide you what you need when you need it without having to request and wait for it
Noise and Videoconferencing
1. The Coworking Studio is a quiet area. Please keep talking there in low voice and to a minimum.
2. We have a conference call booth. Please don't take your conference calls in the Coworking Studio workstations. If booth is taken, please take your calls into the sofas into the living room, on the 202-side of the apartment or your own bedroom.
3. Please use the conference call booth only for calls, and don't settle your stuff there to use as a private workstation.
Printing
1. Printing is free using the Coworking Studio printer. Printer is available and can be found in the internet Co3 network ready for use.
2. Additional paper is found under “Office Supplies” labeled cabinet
3. Additional ink is stored under key, and must be requested when current cartridge is empty
Office Supplies
1. Assorted office supplies (paper, clips, markets, scissors, etc.) can be found in the cabinet labeled “Office Supplies” right next to the individual bedroom lockers
2. Batteries, wires, ink cartridges and other supplies can be obtained by asking Co3 House Manager
3. Please put back anything that you take immediately after use. This is the only way in which we can have this free, open honor system to provide you what you need when you need it without having to request and wait for it
Living Room
1. Please be mindful of TV volume at times that there are guests working on the Coworking Studio
2. TV has no official source of signal, you will need to connect it to your device via HDMI cable
3. Please leave TV remote controller on top of the circular gray ottoman after use
Laundry Room
1. Laundry Room is fully equipped, with washer, dryer, iron, iron board, and free liquid clothes detergent. It is open and available for use 24x7, except Tuesday afternoons when the cleaning staff need it for washing bed sheets and other Apartment needs.
2. Cleaning staff have preference to use the Laundry Room, as they have a cleaning program to fulfill during their workday. We ask that you kindly give them preference.
3. Do not take any cleaning materials or tools from the laundry to your bedroom or bathroom, as cleaning staff are responsible for their conservation and their reasonable usage.
Common Areas Etiquette
1. Feel free to open or close balcony or other doors for air circulation, or to turn on or off any fans. Please close them and turn them off when done.
2. Please turn off any lights or fans not being used
3. Feel free to take and use any games and books; please put back right after use
